Overwhelming awe should overcome us as we arrive at the realization that Jesus not only cares for the downtrodden, the persecuted, but also identifies wholly as one of them.

Due to this truth, we humbly serve our sisters and brothers in need, acknowledging their dignity and oneness with Christ.
